Mixed Methods Soured Ale

A collaboration between Cavedon Wines and King River Brewing. We brew our Table Beer and mix this with a seasonal wine carefully selected by a local boutique winery. This year sees Tempranillo enhance the beer with a luscious red hue, lending flavours of dried fig, tobacco & juicy dark forest berries. Its a spritzy way to enjoy the best of both worlds!
