Rauchbier Marzen

Back by popular demand for 2025! Rauchbier is an incredible combination of savoury and sweet. The smoke provides a wonderful balance to the bready Marzen lager. The combination of smoke and sweet is incredibly satisfying and once you have warmed your palate to these bold flavours you will be back for another sip. We have used Beechwood smoked barley from Bamberg to create a traditional Rauch for your enjoyment this Oktoberfest season.
