Belgian Tripel - Waiting For Godot

Our flagship beer Waiting for Godot, Belgian Tripel is a Belgian beer with house-made Candi-syrup adding notes of toffee to this complex rendition of the style. The yeast used provides bubble-gum, clove and banana esters in a balanced combination due to the carefully constructed fermentation profile. A beer best enjoyed with friends!

This beer will age gracefully and provide some additional balance, colour and a touch of sweetness over 1-5 years.
