“Big gingery punch” is very misleading. As ginger beers go, this has a distinctly beery flavour with a relatively subtle ginger note. It’s definitely beer first, ginger second and that’s fine if you prefer your ginger beer light on spicy ginger flavour, as I’m sure some people do. But I like mine with a noticeably spicy ginger hit, or “punch” if you will (think Royal Jamaican ginger beer or Lick Pier). Make no mistake and don’t be mislead, this ain’t it. If you can taste before you buy I’d recommend it as I now have 3 remaining cans of a product I don’t like in the fridge, and it’s not cheap.
